*****Thanks to ED and his team. I was able to make it up Mammoth Mountain for my snowboarding trip in my lifted Silverado. Ed was straight forward to the point on the repair and he had suggested the best solution in my case. Instead of getting just a partial repair on the valve body. I decided to follow his recommendation on a transmission rebuild that was still the best price I’ve received than the shops near my home. It has been about 3 weeks since the rebuild and so far, my freshly rebuilt transmission had climbed 11,000ft al the way up to Mammoth Mountain hauling a bed full of snow gear. It is about as bullet proof as that gets folks. Ed is now my go-to transmission adviser/mechanic and I would definitely recommend his shop to friends and family. Thanks Ed!

honest guy I’ve met. After my usual Porsche guy said I needed a new
transmission, I wanted to get a second opinion. I found Transmission
Specialists on line with everyone giving it a 5 star rating with the exception
of one goof ball. Ed took the time to check out my car and determined it wasn’t
my transmission. He installed new plugs and injectors and now my car runs
great. I saved over 10k. This was about a year ago. I had a check engine come
on yesterday and even though he was busy, he took the time to diagnose the
problem and turned off the check engine light at no cost. Can’t say enough good
things about him.

*****We took our car here. Mercedes was going to charge us an exuberant amount of money. But Ed said he’d work with our third party extended warranty. He had to fight tooth and nail but got it done for the most part! Our car was tricky because it was not only the transmission. It was the radiator and tork converter.
